Crisp Joymex Nachos layered with seasoned beans, colourful vegetables, melted cheese and a rich cheese-sauce finish. Built for professional kitchens: works with Regular, Spinach, Beetroot or Charcoal nachos, so you can plate flavour and colour in the same 25 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a pan, combine the beans, sweet corn and bell peppers. Add Joymex Mexican Seasoning and sauté 2–3 minutes until heated through.

Arrange the Joymex Nachos evenly across an oven-safe platter or tray.

Spread the seasoned bean mixture over the nachos, then scatter the tomato, onion, jalapeño and cheese blend on top.

Bake 6–8 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns lightly golden.

Drizzle generously with warm Joymex Cheese Sauce, salsa and sour cream. Add guacamole if using.

Finish with coriander and spring onions. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
